RxDreams / field note
A faster creative pipeline starts before the edit.
A shared brief, named approver and clear testing question can reduce the handoff friction between the media buyer and the creative team.
Name the learning question
State what the next creative is supposed to test: a different problem, offer, proof point or opening. Cosmetic changes do not always represent a new hypothesis.
Put the source material together
Include approved product claims, brand assets, the destination page and usage rights. Missing context at the start often becomes repeated feedback later.
Keep one approval path
Agree who makes the final decision and where the approved version lives. Record feedback against the version being reviewed so the launch team can identify the correct asset.
Send the result back to the brief
When the test is reviewed, capture the outcome and its limitations. Give the next creative the benefit of what the team learned, rather than starting from a blank page.
Make this useful in your own operation.
Bring your platform, offer and the specific blocker into one brief. Agree the facts, the dependencies and the next action before committing spend.
