RxDreams / field note
Before you buy another ad account, ask these questions.
Account conditions, access, funding and ownership are separate questions. Put the answers in writing before making a launch plan.
Start with the actual requirement
Write down the platform, market, offer, intended spend and the access you need. An account description is not a complete operating agreement. A setup that suits one advertiser may not suit another.
Separate status from capacity
A verified business, an active account and an account with a particular spending condition are different things. Ask what can be checked now and what remains subject to the platform.
Make the funding terms explicit
Ask who holds funds, what fees apply, how balances are reconciled and what happens if delivery stops. Confirm the applicable refund and replacement terms rather than assuming them.
Know who owns the next step
Agree who grants access, who can approve changes and how an issue is escalated. Never share personal passwords or recovery codes through a general marketing form.
Make this useful in your own operation.
Bring your platform, offer and the specific blocker into one brief. Agree the facts, the dependencies and the next action before committing spend.
